My name is Mario Settino, founder and CEO of MS Travel Concierge. I am a well-versed world traveller that has transformed that experience into this wonderful venture, MS Travel Concierge. My vision has always been to supply a complete hands-free travel experience to our customers, no matter the type of travel that is desired. Whether it be a multi-country exploration tour, or just a quick corporate trip, the goal and vision has always been the same. Excellent customer service, and as seamless a travel experience as possible in an ever-changing travel landscape.

Having explored 14 countries and reveled in the charms of 35 North American cities, I bring a wealth of personal experiences and memories to the table. What sets me apart is not just the stamps on my passport but a deep-seared commitment to understanding your unique travel aspirations. Beyond borders and time zones, I’ve embraced the thrill of visiting 11 theme parks, earning the unofficial title of “ Coaster King”. From the adrenaline rush of the tallest drops to the immersive thrills of themed lands, my passion for the theme park industry adds an exciting dimension to my travel expertise. Alvin Prasad

My name is Alvin Prasad and I am honored to be a part of the MS Travel Concierge Team, where we strive to make your travel plans easy and stress free. I was born in the beautiful islands of Fiji which has become one the worlds most sort after travel destinations. I have been a travel bug since I was old enough to travel alone, frequenting New Zealand and Australia as often as I could to spend time with my grandparents. I moved with my family at the age of 14 and now call Canada my home. When I am not busy working you will find me playing soccer, tennis, volley ball and one of the fastest growing sports in North America, Pickleball. My Favourite football team is Manchester United and my childhood dream has been to travel to England one day to watch my team play. Spending time on a beach in the sun is where is I feel most at peace. I joined the MS Travel Concierge Team so I could help plan fun and exciting trips for you and your family and make memories that will last a lifetime.

With almost 20 countries in the books, and many more to come, I have a true passion for travel and adventure. I would love to share this passion with you! I consider myself a very detailed person, as I’ve been planning and executing amazing vacations/adventures with family and friends my entire life, I thought why not share this with people. My absolute favourite places in the world are the out islands of the Bahamas, specifically Exuma. From amazing family beach vacations, remote jungle lodges or fishing expeditions to cruises around the world. Hi! My name is Nadia Pedron. Since my first Italy adventure at six months old, I’ve been drawn back year after year and found my love for travel. I have met many locals and by forming these relationships has opened up many opportunities for me to return to many destinations. This has extended into sharing my expertise with others to provide a helping hand to family and friends while they travel. However, I have always been passionate about travelling and planning. I thought to myself why not put some of my good qualities and expertise to work. From when I was younger, I always enjoyed travelling, vacationing, and the opportunity to get away from home with no obligations. The sun, sea, and sand hold a special place in my heart. I’ve travelled all around the Caribbean, The United States, and most recently Europe.
